
How to Fix the Colour Problem on Epson Printer?
It is normal that your Epson printer has colour printing problems. During using the Epson printer, you might have encountered one of the following issues.
1.Printing incorrect colour.
2.Printing faded colour.

1.Ink volume is low.
2.Grayscale/ black print mode is activated.
3.Nozzle/ print head is clogged.
Now, we have a solution to solve the incorrect printing problems on Epson printer. If you have encountered this issue, please check the following steps.
1.Check the ink volume
You need to check the ink volume first when your printer doesn’t print correct. If the ink volume is low, it might affect the print quality.
·Turn on the printer and push the Home/ Menu button
·Go to the setup/ setting option and select the ink volume.
·If the ink volume is low, you need to replace the ink cartridges.
2.Check the Black/Grayscale or Grayscale setting
If your printer is printing black only instead of colour prints, you need to check if the Black/ Grayscale or Grayscale setting is selected on your printer.
·Open the control panel on your computer and click on the devices and printers.
·Right-click on the Epson printer and go to the printing preference.
·Disable the Black/ Grayscale print-only mode.
·Press the OK button to save the setting.
3.Clean the print head
If the above steps still not resolve your issue, it might be caused by the nozzle clogged. For this issue, you need to clean the print head using following instructions.
·Open the control panel on the computer and go to the devices and printers.
·Select the Epson printer and right-click on the printing preferences.
·Go to the Maintenance tab and press the clean printhead button.
·Click the start button to clean the printhead.
