Q: Can this item be used on a gray mug or must the mug be white?
A: The mug must be made for sublimation due to a special polyester coating that is present on the mugs to accept the dye. Non sublimation mugs will either not take the transfer or will give you very poor results.
Q: Sublimation paper has wrong color after printing?
A: Install color profile.
Q: Can I use this paper with my inkjet printer?
A: Yes, but you have to have sublimation ink, because that’s what this paper is used for. Not regular ink that comes with the printer. Unless the printer is designed for sublimation and comes with its ink specifically for sublimation. I hope this helps you!
