Returns

If you receive a defective product, please inform our team without delay, and we will make arrangements for a replacement.

Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for products that have been damaged due to customer error.

To commence a return, please send an email to our support team. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions to send the items back to our global warehouse in the US. Please note that the purchaser will be responsible for covering any shipping costs associated with the return.

Refunds

We uphold a 30-day, hassle-free refund policy. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days from the date you received it. Once we receive the returned product in its original condition (unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all original packaging), we will promptly initiate the refund process. However, if any items are damaged or missing from your return, it may impact the refund amount.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping expenses incurred when returning a product, and these costs are non-refundable.
